    What does this plan includes?

    - Intro - 10 minutes 

    - Running Mobility 5 minutes

    - 15 minute jog

    - Drills 10 minutes 

    - Strides 5 minutes 

    - 30 minute workout 

    - 10 minute cool down 

    - 5 minute stretch

  • Please note, our training plans are non-refundable but once you start, they can be cancelled at any time you wish to stop training, as long as you consult with your coach!
