Paola Rodriguez-Giustiniani has undergraduate studies in Nutrition and Dietetics and postgraduate studies in both clinical and sports nutrition.
She has successfully completed one of the most known sports nutrition program worldwide (IOC Sports Nutrition Diploma) and converted it into a Master at the University of Stirling in Scotland which has one of the best sports nutrition research group in the world.
Paola has been working with athletes (elite and recreational), as their sports nutritionist for the last 10 years. Currently, she is the Performance Nutritionist of a Scottish Premiership football team and also works as a scientific researcher. Her main focus is to translate the latest sports nutrition scientific information into practical advice in order to offer athletes different strategies to improve their performances and overall health.
